I had an excellent experience with the customer service at Caliber Collision. When I first arrived, the receptionist was busy assisting other clients, so I waited for a moment. That’s when Jomaira noticed me from the back office. She kindly asked if I had been helped yet, and when I said no, she immediately stepped in. She assisted both me and her coworker with professionalism and efficiency. She also went the extra mile to find Jose, the technician who will be repairing my car. I truly appreciated her intuition and proactive attitude. Earlier, I had a misunderstanding with the State Farm representative regarding scheduling, and I arrived a bit frustrated. But Jomaira handled the situation with patience, respect, and transparency — she really knows how to communicate with people and turn a negative experience around. Businesses need more representatives like Jomaira as the face of their customer service. Thank you for making my visit a positive one!

Awesome experience overall. No second guessing, no messy work. They are on point ,direct, and keep you up-to-date on your vehicle through the whole process. This is now my go-to place for any repairs.

I was in a car accident and the back of my car got damaged. I was able to book an appointment here within a week. The communication with renting a car and estimated time of completion of my car was excellent! Staff has positive energy, which is needed when dealing with car damage. ONLY thing is they don't accept cash, which I should've asked prior to coming to pick up my car. Other than that, great experience.

The Customer Service is impeccable! Thank you guys so much for taking care of my vehicle and even me .. after the accident. It looks amazing! A special thank you to Bryan! Who escorted me home and helped me with my dead vehicle! These people are not only kind and patient, but extremely understanding; even if you...yourself are flustered in the moment. My car looks amazing and now runs amazing. I appreciate you guys! Definitely recommend!!

My truck looks gorgeous! I also received my truck 1 week sooner than expected. Great customer service. Every time I called, Yomaira was always happy to help and provided excellent customer service. Pipo always gave me the updates I needed, and was very kind. You have a wonderful team working here. Thank you for all your hard work! Happy holidays

I had my vehicle repaired at Caliber Collision for a badly damaged bumper, and the repair was flawless. They did a great job and kept me informed of the whole process. Great experience! They kept me updated with messages during the whole process, which I really appreciated. The job was finished earlier than expected and the quality was great. They painted my bumper and right fender and it looks really good. Very happy with the service 👍

Had an excellent experience using Caliber Collision. It was done through my insurance company, but the process was seamless and easy and required very little effort on my part. The staff and service department were helpful and courteous and kept me informed every step of the way. All in all, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing their services.
